It gives me great pleasure to write this review regarding my experience dealing with Jacqui at Ashgrove Web Design.

After canvassing numerous web designers over a period of two years I happened upon Jacqui when she placed a booking to stay at our caravan park.  I noted her email address, asked her a few questions and as they say “the rest is history”

Jacqui’s work was cut out for her as I knew nothing about setting up a website but with the help and support of my daughter Stephanie (lots of ideas and knowledgeable with IT) we progressed quickly and efficiently in a short time to launching the new website. 

The results were instant with increased traffic and lots of positive comments from guests re how good the site looks, the simplicity of navigation when make a booking for accommodation or powered site so easy.

 Everyone loved the new website and said so.

The actual process was seamless and co-operative with Jacqui initially sitting down with myself and Stephanie (at the park on her weekend getaway with hubby), she listened patiently to our ideas explaining why some of ours wants would work and how to improve or implement others.              Also explaining politely why some would not work at all.  Jacqui contributed her vast knowledge and expertise going away with copious notes we had written adding to her own.

A few days later Jacqui provided a link to the draft work in progress for us to review, make changes, add new ideas etc.  All correspondence was a triangle between us.  After the first get together the rest was mostly left up to Stephanie and Jacqui.  Jacqui keeping me in the loop at all times.

I think the best way to say how happy we are with the new website is to tell you some of the words we use to describe Jacqui and out experience working with her.

Jacqui is an easy person to build a rapport with, friendly, supportive, good listener good communication skills, quick efficient worker, positive attitude, contributes effectively with great ideas and expertise. Nothing seemed to be too difficult.  I could go on and on.

I will continue to recommend Jacqui to any one who is looking at rebuilding or developing a website from scratch who wants the process to be seamless, painless and most of all cost effective.
